I have nearly 15 years of counseling experience in different capacities and different settings. I have worked with the Department of Juvenile Justice for the state of Virginia, as a clinician, Intensive-in-home services, Therapeutic Day Treatment, Addiction and Recovery, Residential services, and Private practice. I have experience in Sex Offender Treatment, Intensive Outpatient for Addiction Recovery (mostly with Substance Abuse) both Individual and Group sessions, Domestic Violence and Battery Intervention groups, Anger management, and General Mental Health. I have worked with children, youth, and adults. I believe in diversity, and I am culturally competent.
